Description
Helps prevent iron deficiency. In addition, iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells (with the help of vitamins B6 and B12) and hemoglobin. Vitamin C promotes iron absorption.

Dosage
Take on an empty stomach, at least 30 minutes before a meal. Adults (14 years and over): 10ml twice daily. Children 9 - 13 years: 10ml once daily. Children 5 - 8 years: 5ml once daily, Children 2 - 4 years: 4ml once daily.

Ingredients
Per 10ml: Elemental Iron (10mg), Riboflavin (B2) (4mg), Thiamine (B1) (2.5mg), Vitamin B6 (2mg), Vitamin B12 (7.5mcg). Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Aqueous herbal extract (carrot, nettle, spinach, couch grass, fennel, kelp, hibiscus flower), pear juice concentrate, water, grape juice concentrate, blackcurrant juice, honey, rosehip juice concentrate, blackberry juice concentrate, cherry juice concentrate, orange juice concentrate, red beet juice concentrate, wheat germ extract, yeast extract, ascorbic acid (antioxidant), carob extract, natural orange flavor, lemon juice concentrate, apple extract.
